I have spent at least 3 hours trying to solve this. It is the hardest problem I have. Please help me solve this so I can get a better grade in Algebra 2!
Solve for w,x,y,z
4w+x+2y-3z=-16
-3w+3x-y+4z=20
-w+2x+5y+z=-4
5w+4x+3y-z=-10

Hi!
Shouldn't be too hard if you apply your principles. Just might take a little while.
Have you tried a mixture of both elimination and substitution?
You may also consider exploring matrices and addition of equations.
Here's a hint:
w = -1
It's been two weeks now and I don't really think that the OP will come any soon... =/
