What are the contempt proceedings in juvenile court?
The judge stated he is going to begin contempt proceedings against myself, my wife and another individual. What is the process and possible penalty?

He issues a summons for you to appear in court, he issues asks if you are gong to start following the court orders, and he can put you in jail till you agree to follow the court orders,
If there is a child and you have custody, the child can be taken out of the home. He can fine you and more.

You will have to give more info, as to why you are going to be in contempt
