    Dog ingested saran wrap
Hello, our dog ate some chocolate ( a chocolate sucker ), and she ate the saran wrap around it. This was 6 days ago, and she is having noticeable trouble walking with her hind legs, & very minimal bowel movements ( small, skinny, basically minimal bm's.) She still has a good apetite, but we are concerned re; the change in her walking & minimal BM's. I have taken her to the vet twice,
& they don't seem concerned re; saran wrap, an x-ray looked fine, but they also said saran wrap will not show up on the x-ray. They said to just monitor her... but it has been 6 days now, with no improvement... what do we con't to watch for and should the saran wrap not be out by now ?

I don't think saran wrap would cause something like a blockage. You could get a barium series done to make sure, but 6 days later, if she had a blockage chances are she wouldn't be alive.

Personally, I would get a second opinion. Was bloodwork done?

Hello, thank you for your reply. She has not been herself since and has noticeable difficulty with her bowel movements... they were coming out very small and thin, then 2 days she had no BM, then her next BM was broken up, 2 feet long.
