My husband wants to find this movie with no title and very little details.Help.Got two guys in it,a white guy and hispanic guy.They rob people because they don't have jobs and go to Mexico because the white dude has a girlfriend there.The white dude(an older actor/been in a few movies) also wants to be in law enforcement and the fbi calls him in for possiable employment.Anyone know what this movies called or the actors so I can try to find it?THANKS

Its not midnight cowboy,but thanks.I think it came out sometime in 2000 and something.Also the latin(younger actor/clean cut) guys girlfriend is always nagging him to go look for a respectable job.So he goes out robbing and jacking people and tells her he was job hunting.
