    Living in a foreclosed house?
If I move into a foreclosed bank owned house in Florida what will they do to me? Will I get charged with trespassing or will they have to evict me? I was trying to read the Florida sta. and all I see is tenant/landlord act 83.40. If I can prove I established a residency for a period does that mean I can live there till they go through the eviction process or do I not pass go do not collect 200$?

You don't pass go and your going to be into it for a lot more then $200. Who gave you permission to move in? If no one has given you permission you can and most likely will be arrested and also charged with any damages they find.

If you break into a house you don't own or haven't leased, you can be charged with breaking and entering, trespassing possession of stolen property and maybe more. If you try to register utilities in your name, you could be charged with fraud. If you use the utilities the bank is paying for you can be charged with theft of services.

Banks have agencies that maintain these homes and security firms to check them.

Sorry this is a bad idea. While I can understand the need for shelter, stealing is not the way to go.
