Searching for my bio family. I am a male born january 20, 1959, or so i was told, my bio mother was filipino, hula instructor in hawaii with seven brothers and sisters. She had on son who was 2 or 3yrs of age when she became pregnant with me. Bio father was a blond haired blue eyed marine stationed in hawaii. Please help

Adoption records are almost NEVER opened up again aside from for serious medical reasons. Your odds of actually getting your records are almost nil. At the same time, you are looking for a woman who is probably near (or over!) 70 years old. She will have a family that probably knows NOTHING about you. Her HUSBAND probably does not know about you. You will be disrupting her life in a major way if she does not also want a reunion.
