We removed standing waste and covered it with tile.
Its been working fine, but now bathtub draines very slowely. Should we break the tile to make the hole? The super said that three pipes are connected but everything else is fine except the tub, and once we used liquid plumber, its better but still water collectsa when u take a shower.

    Hi Galchenok1...

Try renting an electric hand-held snake and snake the tub drain down the overflow pipe. Here, remove the trip lever faceplate and remove the trip lever assembly and snake the drain through the hole under the trip lever faceplate.

You will meet resistance in at about 18" or so... that is the PTRAP. Continue to rotate the snake as you push on the cable and you should get around the PTRAP pretty easily. Snake the drain for 1o feet or so a few times in/out and then see how the tub drains.

If you are real lucky, simply removing the trip lever assembly may clear the drain as the assmebly may be snagged/caught up with hair/soap scum, etc... ;)

    Questions? Let me know...

PS: Use leather gloves and goggles for your own safety especially since you used drano, right?
