Does anyone know the name of insect horror movie where all kinds of insects in small town drink some fluid and become mutated in a way that they became resilient on bug killers and pesticides? I remember only few scenes where huge blue larva exists guys mouth...

This sounds like the movie "Ticks". IMDB has it listed as "Infested". The only actor I remembered from is was Alfonso Ribeiro (Carlton) from Fresh Prince.
