An e-mail address is very personal. There is no way anyone who doesn't know you can suggest a name.

Scott, is right I am a IT Tech as well and don't think it's a good thing to ask from someone you don't know because its personal.

It's personal preference! The way I pick username and emails could be completely different then someone else!
