Ex-Wife's Current Husband
I am becoming more and more sure my ex-wife has formed a company and is funneling her assets through her current husband therefore making it virtually impossible to receive child support and support arrears. Is there a legal process I have to follow to receive all of his personal bank statements, w-2's, etc. since he is technically not part of our open case? Facebook is a great tool, but can also be quite incriminating especially because he is so open with his. He often posts of his new technological buys such as an IPAD, New Mac Computer, New Cameras, etc. He posts photos of he and my ex-wife and their children at various functions and costly events and places - vacations, etc. According to my ex-wife's court documents, they are living in poverty - His Facebook page shows a family of great financial means... interesting... what can be done?

I have spent more than $50,000 on attorneys in those early years of the court hearings (2000-2003) - who has money for attorneys at this point! I have placed higher focus on winning the custody aspect to the cases in prior years.

Believe me, it's easy to sit back and make judgements based on a few paragraphs but you hardly have a clue what has gone on in 10 years in matters involving this case.

Wow! This is what makes the legal process so difficult, and why I tend to be at a loss - I can no longer afford high-powered attorneys - and, usually once a case begins, she starts a new custody case to divert everyone's attention.

Joyyyyy... this post means more to me than you will ever know! This case spans nearly 11 years and there is no way I can communicate every detail. I have been through rape allegations, molestation allegations, you have no idea - TRUTH always prevails

That being said, I spent every dime I had fighting those things and proving them false - the greatest blessing I have are children who truly and honestly honor and respect people - they are a blessing to society and highly respectful to everyone

Thank you for the response! Honestly, Chuck... it's very difficult at this point, financially to hire attorneys and/or PI's.. I'm doing everything I can...
