I have a goodman gmp 075-3 furnace that does not ignite. I push the black button and the indicator light blinks three times

Read the directions on unit and see what it says for that. It can be a lot of things. Check for resettable roll out switches, Voltage to the inducer motor, voltage to the glow oil or igniter at start up in heat.

It's a pressure switch fault. On the 80% furnace I would check for a restricted exhuast vent or a bad pressure switch. Not to say that the control board may have a failing circuit if all of the previous checks out.
