Robson, I have to say, that we can't diagnose on AMHD, mainly because what you have would have to be seen to make a decision. Please go to your doctor and have him take look to make a determination. Normally I would say the bump is from masturbating but in this case, those bumps aren't sore, or red, just white. Just don't try to squeeze it, because then you really are opening yourself up for infection.

If you have been sexually active, anytime, it is cause for concern, especially if you don't wear a condom to at least take care of that part of the intimacy.
