My female pitbill rednose mix with bluenose is 6 weeks old, and by her belly button she has a like a little ball showing, what could that be?

How big? How close to her naval? What does it feel like when you squish it, hard or soft, attached or loose?

There are many things this could be. Only a vet can give you an accurate diagnosis.

I must ask. What are you doing with a 6 week old puppy? She should still be with her mother.

A) Rednose and Bluenose are not real terms, they are just ones that backyard breeders use.

B) It is illegal for a puppies to be sold before 8 weeks of age in most states, plus it is a lot healthier for the puppy development wise to stay with parent and litter mates until 8-10 weeks.

C) Sounds like she has a hernia, your vet will be able to confirm and determine whether it requires surgery.
