    Hot inducer fan...
I have a Coleman high efficiency furnace (5 yrs old.) that has ran well until this winter. My first problem was that the furnace indicated that the limit switch was open. I took it out, cleaned it, and then tested it (works). I put it back in and the furnace worked well for a couple of days. Then the furnace indicated that the inducer limit switch was open. I took this out and tested it and it failed. I purchased and installed the new switch and the furnace runs well except for the inducer motor getting hot. It may have been getting hot before I replaced switch but I didn't notice. I turned the furnace off in fear of it seizing up or something like that. I think I can get a new motor for around $200 but I would rather try to fix this one first since it still runs. How do I oil the motor and where do I put the oil exactly? How hot is the motor supposed to get? Is there anything else I can do to the motor besides oiling it?
Thank you so much for any help!
    Joshua
