    First little then huge
Ok guys I am 13+. I got my first ever period when I was 12. I lost very little amount of blood. Then the next 3 months I just got white discharge. Mum said I had iron deficiency and I was very afraid (My whole family is vegetarian including aunts and uncles). So then in November I lost a little blood. Now in December I just had a recent checkup with my doctor and she said my BMI was low maybe that is why I couldn't get proper periods.(I am very short). She said I should strecth out a lot. When I came home from the doctor's I went outside and rode my bike. When I came home my tummy and legs hurt. Then I went into the bathroom and noticed some brown discharge. I was very scared. I told my mum. So she told me wear a pad. Then when I woke up. MY WHOLE PAD WAS SOAKED. It wasn't the right date either. Now my period has lasted for 2 days and I am still bleeding. Guys would u please tell me that if I ride my bicycle then every time I will get a period. I am very worried and my lower abdomen hurts too. So help me people. THANKS!

No, you won't get your period every time you ride your bike.

You're still young, and when you first get your period it can be very sporadic. It can take many years to get regular.

Don't worry. This too shall pass. :)

I don't think that will happen because there is nothing going on when you are riding your bike to make you bleed.it's very natural if it does happen ask your doctor what's happening
