The movie is about a girl who was going to go to the mall and her mom dropped her of by the side of the highway. She got out and then went back to get her purse and a fuel truck hit the car. The girl ended up getting stuck under the tire of the truck and the truck started on fire. She ended up losing her leg. Please help me figure out what this movie is called
