What do I clean newly installed windows after construction with? They have a kind of an oily film where they used a suction cup device to hold it in place during installation.

Vinegar, alcohol (keeps from freezing) and of course water. Use a squeegee and towels.

Do you know what you are going to charge for cleaning the windows?

I feel that $5 per window pane, both sides is competitive.
