Sorry, but we don't use power showers in the USA so I can't really be sure of my advise, but I would tell you that if it is possible I would disconnect any piping if you can and flush out the system and the pipes to clear them of any sediment. Otherwsie, you'll need to call a local plumber and have him take a peek to see what is wriong.
