OK well I'm 16 live with my boyfriend for 7 months.we have sex and I am not on birth control.when we do he pulls out in time.well my period was due 3 days ago.I have it now since the right date.but it has been very light like spotting and a darkish color and it seems inside of me private area is kind of swollen.is this any sighn of pregnancy.and I have been crying for no reason at all.and getting very upset easily.please can anyone help me out and reply to this message asap.I have a weird feeling that I am.but should I wait to take a pregnancy test in a couple days because it says on the box wait until a week after your missed period but I'm so confused because I kind of do have it but it is very very light.please reply thank you

There are tests that you can take 5 days before your missed period and tests that you can take the day you miss your period. I've never heard of a test that says you have to wait a week AFTER you miss it. Hmm... perhaps you should get a different test. You can take it right now. As far as the swelling... I don't think that is a normal pregnancy sign. I haven't had that with either of my pregnancies. Perhaps you should go to your doctor and get an exam, there could be more to the story here. Whenever in doubt, see your doctor. That is their job, that is what they get paid for, so its not a burden to them for you to get a check up. And any time you have sex, ESP unprotected sex, there is a chance of getting pregnant. Even if he does pull out. Lots of people have gotten pregnnat on the "pull out" method.
