My so called friend took his dads debit card and we took it and took money from it at 2 different stores(ATM's) then I took it home because he was worried about getting caught. I then took out 360 dollars from a local gas station ATM. Then I gave him all the money and he paid me the 100 dollars he owed me and an extra 20. His dad found out and now what is my punishment and what should I do?

Should I ask for a Lawyer or cooperate with the police. (I told his dad everything already)

You need to talk to your parents and they need to hire you an attorney. You should not talk to the police without an attorney. The police will lie to you and only want to convict you, not help you.

You were involved in three separate thefts, each of the three times you took money out ( with him and by yourself) you were there and part of it.

So you could find three charges, or if they combine it into one theft, it could end up being a felony is it was over a certain amount.

You need to find out how to pay him back ( your parents perhaps) and hope he does not call the police

It's better to work your butt off now, maybe shoveling snow or collecting cans, rather than accept a conviction...

Nobody here can tell you what your punishment will be... If it were that easy, we could just do away with judges and look it up in a book.
