Hello I did have a period but when I was on the shot I didn't have periods unti the third month I missed two months then started on the third month that I go get my shot

Now, how did you know you felt a knot on your cervix? Did you place your fingers up into your vagina and feel the knot on the cervix itself?

If you are pregnant, you will not feel anything moving for the first few months. The fetus is smaller than a pencil dot or maybe a postage stamp at this point in time.

I recommend you take a pregnancy test using first morning urine right now. Then we can go on from there.
