I have jumped it I have charged it for hours and the motor will not turn over I had it running for a few seconds and went to adjust the choke and it died its cold as hell out and the battery is like new please help Thanks , LEW

What sounds do you hear when you have jumpers in place and turn the key?

Most machines nowadays are OHV and require a valve adjustment. Please see the YouTube video below. Before doing that, try checking the rocker arm movement by removing the plug and turning the flywheel clockwise while watching the rocker arms. They should move about the same amount to open the valves. Poor performance results from misadjusted valves or worn camshafts (rare recently.) See:
