    Do police have right to give juvenile records or information gatherd to the public? With out concent

    This is hard to answer without knowing the full situation. Generally juvenile records are sealed. But not always. The police generally don't have the right to just give out ANYONE's criminal record. They can only use those records in the course of an investigation into a crime.
