My husband constantly calls dss . Cps, and dehec on me for no reason making false accusations. I never bother him... I'm always really nice to him and his family with visits. To get out of paying me child support that I fought for for 4 yrs. He owed me 3000. The week we had court , he got my kids taken and now I can't see them or talk to them. I'm very afrad he's going to molest my daughter and get my in trouble. I can't even have my sons in the home if they give her back. He accused my sons of raping my little girl, which test prved to be a lie. They still won't give her back. I don't know what to do.. I find myself wishing id just not wake up in the morning. I'm scared to get help because it will be used against me.

I'm very sorry that child rape is often included in accusations, whether totally made up or just suspected.
Your story is complicated and incomplete, but why do you feel that getting help would be used against you? Because you are depressed about all this? No, that shouldn't be used against you, especially when the court sees when you started, and a good therapist can help you with the determination needed for court.
How many children do you have together? You say he took the kids but only mention a daughter and some sons who sound older and not his? Did you work to fight in court after it was proved that your daughter wasn't raped?
You say you never bothered him, but of course fighting for child support bothered him. Losing custody and having to pay for it brings out the worst in some people.

If CPS has investigated his claims and found them false, then you can sue him for harassment and false accusations. If you are going to fight him, you need a good lawyer.

I agree with Joy, that your post is disjointed and confusing. I understand you are upset, but if you want our help you need to be more coherent. Please compose your question using a word processor. Spell check it and proof it to make sure its understandable. Then copy and paste into an Answer to this thread.

I realize this is probably extremely stressful and painful for you, but I'm noticing a lot of issues with this story.

If your husband accused your sons of raping your daughter and those allegations were proven false, why is there a ban on your sons being in the home? What "test" was taken to prove or disprove the allegations of rape?

Who is "they" that won't return your daughter? Your husband or child protective services?

Why are you afraid that your husband is going to molest your daughter? Does he have a history of sexual assault? Has he assaulted her or anyone else? Were the police contacted about this?
