    Hi,
    I am 30 years old and want to have a baby.. I have pcos problem and found out that I am not ovalating also I am having irregular periods.. Can anyone please tell me whether I can conceive with this problem.. wit hthe ultrasound it showed that I have numerous cyst on my ovaries.. should I go for surgery or treatment is enough?Kindly reply.

    Best to discuss your options with your doctor since he/she will know any testing results.

    Surgery may not be necessary. Often the first step is trying to regulate cycles, then to induce ovulation. It is a gradual process, adjusting the medications used to find the correct dosage.

    Some women do opt for trying alternative treatment first, so that may be an option to discuss with your doctor as well. They may or may not know a good deal about what is available however.
