Restraining order on my ex but having his baby.
I have a restraining order on my drunk violent ex partner and I am having his baby how can we arrange for him to have contact when sober with the newborn with the restraining order in place? I don't want to go to a call-centre and be away from my newborn I want to be with my baby at all times what can I do?

When the baby is born, file for him to have supervised visitation. Include that one of the conditions be that he does not consume alcohol X amount of hours prior to his visitation with the child.

You can't tell the court that you don't want to see him and then not allow the baby to leave your sight but still give him visitation. You'll either have to a)have a third party supervise the visits or b)violate the restraining order. The third party can be one of your or his relatives, or you can request that a social worker be the supervisor.

EDIT: After answering here, I noticed that you posted a question back in August regarding your "sister" filing an injunction against her ex. If it truly was your sister who was having the same issues as you are having now, I'm becoming concerned about the environment that this baby is being born into.

Thanks that helps a lot to know that I don't have to leave my baby with him and someone I don't know that I can let him see the newborn but with myself and a trusted 3rd party. Thanks
