Sorry, but we don't use power showers in the USA... not yet... so not going to be much help here.

Since you know the manufacturer, I'd recommend that you call them and talk to the technical department... should be able to help you.

Otherwise, I'd have to recommend that you find a plumber in your area to look at the shower. With any luck he will make short work and get you up and running quickly!
