I have a Honda Civvic 96 and the ingintion control module keeps packing in, I'v had 3 so far and the last one hast packed in again, I have had the voltage checked and it reads 14.2 which they tell me is okay, also checked the earth and that is okay.
Can some body tell me what else could possibly cause the problem

Are you applying a thin, even coat of heat transfer compound to the back of the ICM? If not, they will not last long.
