Carrier AC 42QH12-C error code 5?

I have a Carrier Aircon. Model 42QH12-C and it is displaying error code 5. The aircon stays on for a while (anywhere between 10-60mins) and then turns off and displays E5. If I just press the 'on/off' button the aircon then works for another short while and then stops and displays E5. This problem only started since I had the AC serviced. Please HELP!
