Since you have only one life, I strongly suggest that you get to a doctor as soon as you can!

Heart symptoms can include the left arm, so please do go to a doctor or clinic.
Women have different heart symptoms from men, but arm pain is felt by both.
Of course it could be a pinched nerve or something else entirely, in which case an MD can be totally the wrong approach, a chiropractor will be better. But see the MD first.
