I have a problem with Hansa smartshower, the button which diverts the water to the tube does not lock and I need to keep pressing. Any ideas what the reason might be and how to fix it? Grateful for any advice!

Is this the hansa smartshower you are talking about (see image)? If so, I know nothing about this unit at all! Maybe someone else online here will so give them a litle time to respond, OK?

Most likely, you will need to contact HANSA and talk to the technical department... get a replacement button.
