    It sounds like a warped blower wheel. That is all it can be that I can think of right now. It could have come that way from factory or shipping and handling.

    Vibrations?? Is it when the furnace blower comes on? If you turn the fan switch on the thermostat to on do you have a vibration? If yes. You may have a blower wheel out of blance or just something caught in it. I have removed many things from blower wheels over the years any thing from mice,dollar bills,plastic bags etc. It doesn't take much to get a blower wheel out of balance.
