My 3 month old kitten has an eye infection in both eyes. I have used warm compresses and have been trying to keep it clean. Is there anything else I can do?

Take kitty to the vets for testing. She may or may not have feline leukemia. The eye infections are the first symptom of this deadly disease. The longer you wait the more problems kitty will have until she is correctly diagnosed.
