My sister has a boyfriend who hits her and she won't go to the cops she says he loves her and I try to tell her that if he did he would not hit her. They have a 2 yr old that watchs him do that and she doesn't seem like she gets took care of when my sisters at work. And she's the only one that does work. I want to know if I could some how get custody or something till she gets smart and leaves him before mt niece gets hurt too.

The only way is for her to call the police if he hits her or wait until it gets bad and you call CPS on them. Its sad but if no one speaks out it will remain hidden in the shadows of life.

The only thing I can tell you is Children Services... and keep it up. Too much abuse going on and the mother may not know how to get out. Be supportive of her and love her. She may find the way!
