:oWe have a Citizen Progressive Scan DVD player with DivX playback model C479DVD that we bought a couple of years back and has been working fine. Until... I went away for a few days and left my husband alone with the DVD player. We are not sure what happened but we get this message "key lock on". It will play, jump forward, jump back but will not open to change DVD's. The instruction booklet ran away in one of our moves and I can't seem to find anything out at any place I have tried so far. Can someone who knows more than my husband and I please help?:confused:

Try unplugging it for a few hours and maybe it will reset on its own.

Otherwise Google the model number and maybe you can find an online copy of the user's manual.
