    How do I interpret the codes for a 1993 automatic Hhonda Accord wagon?
    I am receiving 1 long blink and 3 short blinks followed by 1 long and 4 short blinks.

    Code 13: BARO--Atmospheric pressure sensor.

    Code 14: IACV--Idle Air Control Valve.

    Try cleaning the IACV:

    If the problem persists, the IACV may need replacing.
