    Freezing floor of rental apartment...
I am renting an apartment on the first floor which has a crawlspace below the floor. When it is below freezing the air circulates below the floor and with the obvious poor insulation, the floor is absolutely freezing. Beyond cold to the fact that I cannot have my feet on the floor even with slippers for more than a few minutes. Is there an obligation by the landlord to provide a better living quarters in regards to this floor? Thanks

Most areas have laws about how cold it can be allowed to get. Have you brought the issue to the Landlord has he said anything about it?
