I have been paying child support on my daughter on time as ordered. She is 18 now and has dropped out of school. I found out today she is pregnant! Do I still have to pay child support for her if she is out of school and not enrolled in any school and now Pregnant?

You need to check with the NY child support office. In Texas when they turn 18 you don't have to pay any more.

You need to notify the courts to get it stopped. In NY it usually depending on when it was started goes until 21 years old.

Because she is pregnant then it should stop when the baby is born.

NYS law is that support continues to 21 regardless of school. However, because she is pregnant, this could possibly emancipate her. I would consult an attorney to see if you can get support stopped on those grounds.
