Hello , I had my court and charges was withdrawn, about 6 month ago, now I want to send for fingerprints destruction, how long it will take, I mean for the process ,because I have to travel, and I am scared that it will appear?? Thanks a lot

Your fingrprints cannot be "destroyed" once they have been entered into the system. You should not have anything to worry about when you travel as you were not convicted of a crime.

One more question , I didn't get my Permanent resident card, this process will effect or not, I mean we were refuge in Canada , then I had hearing , please help me , I really upset
