THAT isn't going to happen without negatively affecting your health. Its far too much far too quick. If you knew you needed to loose that much by a certain date... you should have started months ago.

Exercise isn't going to do nearly enough in one month. Stop eating most of what you eat. Have a little protein, vegetables, and rice/grains/beans each day. One egg, half a piece of bread. Some broth. 4 bites of plain chicken and a bit of steamed vegetables.
If you don't eat a little carbohydrates, your body will burn the protein instead of using it.
People who starve for a month get sick and their hair might fall out. Why put yourself through this?

Also a sudden drop in caloric intake makes the body go into famine mode... which the slows the metabolism down making it difficult to lose weight as a survival tactic when food was scarce. This is why if you don't diet the correct way making any progress will be difficult to make... and why a diet that has you eating far less can be less effective than a diet that has you eating somewhat more, but still less than you normally eat.

This is also the reason for most rebound weight gain... which is most people who crash diet might lose the wieght for the very short term but gain it all back and then some in a fairly short period.

Instinctively the body switches to cope with a reduced food availibility by slowing the bodies metabolism... but its far slower to increase it back up when food is plentiful again...

Slow and steady with a properly planned diet and long term modification of eating habits that caused the weight gain are the only sure ways to drop the weight AND keep it off.
