    Mental bullying
I've an embarrassment moments almost 10 years ago(something to do with my teeth). I try to hide and ignore it when people start talking about it at that time. But now people start to rake up the skeleton in the closet. They start spreading bad rumour about me and now almost the whole town knows about it, I become the gossip target and laughing stock of the town. They talk out loud among themselves when I am around to make me hear about it, start giggle and laugh when I walk by, giving me that you are a shame look. I have been being mentally buly, I feel helpless and hopeless.

Bullies feed on weakness and people that are less than they are. Don't let people get the feeling that your weaker then them. By laughing and giggleling your just fueling the fire as in making them think its OK to take cheap shots at your expence. You'll only get rid of these people by standing up to them. Don't make anyone make you feel bad over something that happened more than 10 years ago. People can never make you feel bad about something unless you let them, so maybe its time to face what happened and put it behind you. They can't hurt you if you don't care!

I will assume you are a child or at most a early teen ? Is that correct.

As you grow and become an adult, the only times silly stories about us happen is at class reunions when we all laugh at ourselves. And the older we get the funnier it becomes.

So something happened to or with your teeth 10 years ago. The fact you even worry about it, is the issue, go on and act like it does not matter, laugh at it yourself and move on
