    120V coffee maker into 220V output. Destroyed. Can repair?
    I have accidentially inserted my 120V coffee make socket into 220V output plug. It stopped working within 1min. Is it destoyed? Can it be repaired?

    From my experience, once coffee makers are broken, they are normally throw away items.

    Its possible depending on the damage that was caused. It may be cheaper to buy a new one. Its hard to say. Did any smoke appear? Was there a pop ? It could be as simple as a fuse or much worse.
