    US Citizen Claim
My Grandfather is a Us Navy Captain. His son (my father) was born in the Philippines but he finished his study in America and worked in the US Navy. He stayed in the Philippines for a long time and got married. Now the question is. My father died in the Philippines, so he never had a chance to take his family in The United States of America. It was happened a very long time ago, me and my sisters are all married and had children. We want to be a US Citizen like our father. He is no longer present, so how could we claim our US Citizen?

As your father was a USC, did he register your birth abroad with the US consulate?

That I don't know my friend... but all I know that as long as I have proof that my parents are married.. we can claim at the US embaasy. Do you think we have to consult a lawyer for this?
