2004 venture heater problems
Engine coolant is reaching 195 degrees and if heater is put to inside air it blows at about 130 degrees. However, as soon as I put it to outside air it starts to drop and ends at about 90 degrees. When in defrost position it automatically uses outside air, therefore the defroster blows at 90 degrees at best and is not hot enough to defrost windshield or heat the van. I believe it is in the mix door, but cannot find how to get to it. Please help

When the control is on inside air, it blows about 130 degrees but when it is on outside air it blows at 90 degrees or less. Also the left outlet is much cooler than the right when outside is on. All tempertures were taken from the center outlet.
