Can I move in with someone who is also on probation?
Would it be OK to move in with someone who is also on probation (I live in NY)?

    Thanks for your time

Not unless it was a misdemeanor probation. If you are both felons then you both can and will be found out and violated as your probation states you cannot be around other felons. Don't even attempt to do this! A friend of mine had a felon live in boyfriend for 20 years when she was put on felony probation and was told to have him move out she didn't and she ended up spending 6 months in county jail. Do you want to give up your freedom or do you want to play it smart and wait until both your felony probations are over with? It's your choice.

Yes, on felonly, you can not live with another felon without permission.

Take out your probation paperwork that they gave you a copy of what you signed. You will find one of the stipulations of not hanging around other felons and you'd definitely be "hanging around" another felon if you were living with them.
