May I ask you a few questions Mo?

What direct experience do you have in the cleaning business and in what form? As a worker (cleaner) or in management?

There are many variances that determine what answer to give you and your response was inappropriate and uncalled for. I simply want to give you the best answer that I can but that can't be accomplished with your attitude.

AND in response to your post #5 you are in no position or authority to demand anything! Good luck with your attitude, see you when I pass by the soup line...

We offer advice as a free service giving our time and experience and are under no obligation to respond especially to someone like you who doesn't know jack.

And for your information I am a very successful multimillionaire with three janitorial companies and have been doing this for over 35 years. I could have definitely helped you but from what I see you are a person that already knows it all... have fun and Happy Holiday.
