    HELP! Hair disaster!!
    Heya!

In serious need of help. My natural hair colour is a red/brown, so I am a natural half red head :)
I have been trying to dye it blonde for so long now, and every time I have added more and more dye,, yes it
Is now very dry and has bee breaking. I dyed it the other night and it turned out bright yellow/orange with a few white bits...
I was told I need to buy a purple/lavender toner to get rid of the orange bits...
BUT I do not want to stay blonde... I want to go red.
Considering my hair is already dry... should I put through my hair the tonner... then colour (not dye) or use semi-perminant red?
Will it work?. or will it be very bright? HELP!!

At this point, I would go and see a professional hairdresser before you ruin your hair. Dying your hair too often can do a world of damage and it sounds like your hair is already pretty worn out from all the chemicals.

I dye my hair regularly and one of the things that I've found to help combat the damage is jojoba oil. Right after I dye my hair I'll add 6-7 drops into the conditioner and then in between dye jobs I regularly add 2-3 drops into my conditioner. Trying that might help with some of the dryness.
