2nd time getting caught stealing walked out as they chased me scared got in car and drove away. They got tag gave to a detective then I was told they were going to press charges and haven't heard anything since. Its been a week and I am dying here what is going to happen to me? I am a adult! Time before was in 2008 and I just had to pay a fine. They are saying I stole things that I didn't even take. Which is making it worse and who is going to believe me now. Help What's next? How do I find out any information on what is going on or what to do? WIll they come to my home to arrest me? What?

I would seek advice from a solictor. Just sounds like you were scared! Are you suffering from depression or anxiety? Usually why you are panicking I know because I do. See your doc if you need help I did and the pilss take the edge off,

If you know they have your identity, then your best bet is to get a lawyer and have the lawyer arrange for you to turn yourself in. If they have to come arrest you it will look worse.
