I have been on probation since 2003. I was due off jan. 2007 but all my money wasn't paid so they extended it until oct.25,2010. Now that it's expired they are trying to violate me. The probation was in virginia but they transferred it to Georgia. What will they do? Honest answers please

Just because the date came and went does not mean that the probation "expired". Your probation only terminates when the Judge says so formally. Right now you've been violated and you will have to attend a VOP hearing and go from there.

Did you get any sort of Termination of Probation paperwork from the original court? If not, then you are still on probation.
