I was arrested,but district attorney didn't file charges against me and the case was dismissed.will I still have a criminal record?

You will have no convictions so there is no records of convictions,

If asked were you ever convicted you say no.

Will there be a record of the arrest at the police station, that someone may find if they looked hard enough, perhaps if you become a high government leader, yes there will be come type of "record"
